Creating a client account is always free. You only pay for the consultations you book — prices are set by each consultant.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current billing cycle completes before the change takes effect.
AI credits are used for features like agenda generation, session note-taking, and post-session summary creation. Each feature use costs 1 credit. Free accounts get 10/month, Premium gets 50/month, and Elite gets unlimited.
When a client pays for a session, the platform takes a small percentage. Free accounts pay 15%, Premium accounts pay 10%, and Elite accounts also pay 10%. This is on top of standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢).
The Free tier is always free with no time limit. Premium and Elite plans include a 14-day free trial so you can explore all features before committing.
